The Hotel Mgr refuse to comp the room. Saying the Hotel director instruc ted her to offer a 10 percent discount. The Buffet had about 4 items, Towels were not ready until 1:00 a.m. in the morning. No Housekeeping until Sunday and we checked in on Friday.The Male Staff was Customer Ready but the Hotel Director never acknowledged our concerns or problems she had the Hotel Head Clerk who was very rude to do that. So if you are in Vicksburg and you want to be abused for your Money go stay at the Grand Station you will love it.
