		<description><![CDATA[Heard the latest buzz?!  Seems there is a bit of interest in Browns actual residency regarding mayoral candidate qualifications re local/state statutes.  This should get interesting because the stations gathering information are sitting on the story waiting to see if he will actually win.  

Personally, I think it&#039;s not newsworthy at this point since he has always maintained his primary residence outside the city limits, even during his first term(s) as mayor in Natchez.

But given his recent debacles, it should be interesting.]]></description>
