What Carver did was not that bad, wildlife and fishery agents r crazy with their tickets like $250 for litering for a piece of paper that blows out of a car. What they should be concerned about is the waste of taxpayers money in Youth court, using unlicensed professionals , getting nice salaries. Oh and Judge Deano, has lots of money heard she owned alot of land which was bought and utiliized for county buildings after Katrina, how convenient made her lots of money so she can harress parents in Hancock County. Thank God she don’t live in the Appalacians mts where there is no elec and running water, no one would have their kids. Prosecuting attorney Cindy Birney is a joke, has no clue as to what she is doing, takes money with performing anything. Now they r making a never licensed social worker a guardian ad litem, thought you had to be an attorney, not if you live in Hancock county, do whatever they want.

this happens all the time, all over the place. i was done the same way in covington county in reverse several years ago. three wrongful charges were filed against me, and when i raised a big stink about it, i was told the charges on two of the accounts were dropped. then the officer that filed the charges told me that he could not find anything on the third one so it must have been dropped also. i went to court on the date i was given and the judge said he couldn’t find a sleeve on me and bid me a good day. two weeks later i received a letter which said i owed 1200 dollars for all three fines and had a failure to appear warrent which would be enforced if i didn’t pay the fines. it was wrong, but i paid them.
