		<description><![CDATA[And yet PhD Prepared RNs, (such as myself) who already teach graduate studeis in other programs cannot teach nursing without going back for a MSN and then only after going back and completing a BSN. The rule s shoudl change to reflect the ability fo termnal degree holders to teach at any level.  Developinga  Certificate Program for individuals such as myself would be idea and provide nursing programs with proven graduate and undersgraduate instructors.
