Cynthia McMillian has been named executive director of the Delta 180 Degrees program. The Delta Democrat-Times reports she replaces Jonas Hayes, who accepted a job in Kansas City, Kan.
McMillian is a native of Pine Bluff, Ark., and graduate of Jackson State University.
