		<description><![CDATA[I suggest raising the Natchez/Adams County sales tax so everyone pays the tax, not just the land owners. With the extra tax collected from people visiting the area, not just the local people, this should cover the proposed rate increase. It is my understanding that if the school request more that they cannot be refused under state law.]]></description>
