		<description><![CDATA[Pretty obvious from Banks&#039; comments that he&#039;s jealous because he didn&#039;t get PAC money - he even admitted he&#039;d received it in past elections.  Clearly Bill Waller has broad respect and support among both individuals on the street and business groups, and that landed him PAC money.  For Banks to allude to the PAC money as if it&#039;s improper for Bill Waller is both inaccurate and hypocritical.  I don&#039;t think you could find a person in this state that knows Bill Waller Jr who wouldn&#039;t vouch for his integrity and how extraordinarily well qualified he is to hold this office.]]></description>
