TEC appoints Withers

TEC has appointed Shelly Withers as account executive in the Jackson and Starkville markets. Withers brings with her over 15 years of sales experience.
Withers, originally from Starkville and currently residing in Clinton, graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor of business administration, emphasis in marketing. She is the daughter of Frank T. (Butch) and Carolyn Withers and has one daughter, McKinnon Garrard.
