		<description><![CDATA[I wonder if TRIG technology can be intergrated with coal liquification and gasification technology developed by Germany during World War II for the production of jet fuel.  I am retired from Consol Energy, and I recall that the company has ready access to a great deal of the German technology as it related to lignite resources in that country.  It is my belief that the production and marketing of jet fuel from coal can be carried out costs far below the costs now being borne by the world&#039;s aviation industry.]]></description>
