It took them long enough to finally figure it out, but after countless unfortunate disasters to individual farmers and states' economies, with crops left to rot in the fields due to a lack of economical workers available to harvest their crops. It looks like someone has finally figured out that those Migrant Workers are just as necessary to our economy as they've always been. It didn't just start being that way either, it's been that way for decades. Now, we just need a legal way for our necessary temporary workers to come in for the harvest, and then legally return back again, year after year for predictibality. The farmers desperately need the action, as well as does the consumer also. Welcome aboard the train of sensibility, reality, and responsiveness Mr. Barbour and Mr. Bush, it's about time.
