Rent-to-own company chooses Ideal solution

MERIDIAN — Buddy’s Home Furnishings, an independent rent-to-own dealer based in Tampa, Fla., has chosen the VersiRent business information system from Ideal Software Systems for its 128 store locations and home office.

Salvatore Moccia, chief information officer at Buddy’s, said that the company conducted extensive research within and outside the industry, comparing more than 200 feature points from several business information systems.

VersiRent will allow Buddy’s to access and utilize data assets through custom reporting functions that enhance functionality at the store level as well as for purchasing, marketing and other areas of the company.
