Good for Gov. Bryant. Giving special privileges to particular persons or groups is not beneficial to long-term sustainability. Cut everybody's taxes, not just some ... make Mississippi a place where all types of successful people and businesses WANT to be. That's how it's done, not by picking winners and losers!

Instead of risking large investments in a few startup companies, which is risky and actually may reduce competition and other startup companies in the state, I think we should keep a fair playing field for any company that wants to invest. We should provide incentives through low tax rates, low regulation, and investing in infrastructure (roads, education, water systems, research facilities, etc.) that can be utilized by any company. If one company goes under another could still benefit from that infrastructure. For government to try to pick winners and losers is like trying to hit it big in the lottery... It looks enticing, but is highly risky and a poor investment.
