The health care jobs that would be added, the increased income for hospitals in the state, and the increase in income tax and sales tax revenue are reason enough to justify the Medicaid expansion. Health improvement and preventive care for 250,000+ Mississippians is the overriding moral reason. Bryant is immoral in his approach.
