Thacker appointed clerk

Biloxi Mayor A.J. Holloway has named Stacy L. Thacker to replace Brenda Johnson as the municipal clerk. Thacker has been the deputy municipal clerk for eight years, and has worked for the city since 1989. Thacker earned an associate’s degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
