GULFPORT — A federal judge has sentenced 45-year-old Lisa Brooks of Gulfport for defrauding her former employer, Hancock Bank, of nearly over $144,000. Chief U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola Jr. sentenced Brooks yesterday to serve two years in prison, with three years of supervised release, and to pay restitution.
