The advertising, in a word, was taken personally by gaming officials in Mississippi. Southland Park Gaming and Racing’s recent marketing campaign in the Arkansas, Tennessee, north Mississippi area have been often-discussed in Mississippi gaming circles. Casino Magic tower added to Biloxi’s blighted list
