Clay County buys port property

Randle stepping down

Bobby Randle is stepping down after nearly 13 years as the Clay County jail administrator. WCBI-TV reports Randle got his first law enforcement job as a reserve deputy nearly 20 years ago. He will still be head of courthouse security for the sheriff’s department.
