City gets first bids on beachfront promenade project

PASCAGOULA — The city of Pascagoula has received bids on the first phase of the city’s roughly $4 million beachfront promenade project. Program manager Jaclyn Turner tells The Sun Herald the project’s first part includes decorative lighting, benches and construction of a 10-foot-wide sidewalk.
