GREENWOOD — A mental examination has been ordered for a Greenwood oncologist charged with capital murder. The Greenwood Commonwealth reports Judge Breland Hilburn this past week granted a prosecution request to send Dr. Arnold Smith to the Mississippi State Hospital at Whitfield.
