NORTH MISSISSIPPI — Six municipally owned natural gas utilities are asking state regulators to approve rates they’ve already been charging customers without approval. GULFPORT — State regulators have approved Mississippi Power Co.’s proposed decrease in the amount it recovers in its annual fuel filing.
