ABERDEEN — A new bankruptcy judge for northern Mississippi will be sworn in Jan. 18. Jason Woodard, a 37-year-old lawyer from Birmingham, Ala., will be sworn in to replace David Houston III, the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal reports.
