ACROSS MISSISSIPPI — Gov. Phil Bryant has added 14 additional Mississippi counties and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians to the federal disaster declaration issued Aug. 30. Thirty‐four counties were previously declared federal disaster areas due to impacts from Hurricane Isaac.
