DECATUR — Dr. Billy Stewart has been named president of East Central Community College. The school’s board of trustees made the announcement yesterday. Stewart currently serves as CFO for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. He succeeds longtime ECCC president Dr. Phil Sutphin.
