WEST POINT — Unofficial results show Angela Turner Lairy will replace her late father Bennie Turner in the Mississippi Senate. With all precincts reporting, Lairy had 4,143 votes, or 71 percent, while Kenny Fowler had 1,705 votes, or 29 percent. WTVA-TV reports. Both ran without party labels.
