Judge reschedules hearing in medical kickback case

BATESVILLE — A federal judge has rescheduled for Jan. 9 the trial of three men accused in a multi-million-dollar medical fraud scheme. The Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal reports U.S. District Judge Neal Biggers approved the new trial date this week. The trial was scheduled for Dec. 12 in Oxford. Dr. Robert S.
