NATCHEZ — A former mortgage broker will be sentenced next week for using fraudulent information and documents to help people get more than $500,000 in loans. Mississippi Valley Title alleges attorneys Charles and Chris Evans committed mortgage fraud on banks and induced Mississippi Valley Title to issue fraudulent title insurance policies.
