SOUTHAVEN — A judge has found Southaven Mayor Greg Davis guilty of passing a school bus in his private vehicle that displayed police-type lights. The Commercial Appeals reports Judge Steve Ross fined Davis $750, plus court costs, on the misdemeanor charges during a hearing yesterday in DeSoto County Justice Court in Southaven.
