Howorth joins board

Richard Howorth has been sworn in to serve a five-year term on the Tennessee Valley Authority’s board of directors. Howorth was confirmed unanimously by the U.S. Senate June 30, taking the seat of former board member Howard Thrailkill whose term expired in May 2010.
