ESCATAWPA — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has filed shipbuilder VT Halter Marine $1.3 million following an investigation into last year’s deadly explosion aboard a tugboat. Mueller appealing OSHA penalties

FULTON — Mueller Industries has appealed a $683,000 fine levied by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration for alleged safety violations.
