Energy Experts to Discuss Economic Impact at Sept. 8 Event

The 2011 Energy Forum: “Unlocking the Value of Natural Gas” will be a one-day conference featuring experts in the energy industry discussing the role of gas in Mississippi and the nation. The conference will be held Sept. 8 at the Jackson Convention Complex. Among the speakers at the event are Chris McGill, managing director, Policy Analysis at the American Gas Association, Mark Burroughs, director, EnCap Investments, Houston, David Shammo, general manager, Southeast Business Development, Spectra Energy, and Ken Nicholson, general manager, Central United States, Clean Energy Fuels. The 2011 Energy Forum is sponsored by the natural gas industry and their partners, with the support of Mississippi organizations and associations involved in economic and energy development.
