Development in a downturn will be addressed Thursday, April 26, when commercial real estate professionals from all corners of Mississippi gather in Jackson for a forum organized by the Mississippi Chapter of CCIM.
Registration is still being accepted for the three-hour workshop titled “Development in a Downturn: From the Ground Up to Distressed Development.” The forum begins at 1 p.m. at the Mississippi Association of Realtors building at 4274 Lakeland Drive. Jeff Speed, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, or CCIM, will moderate the discussion.
Panelists include Andrew Mattice, president and founder of Mattice Properties; Brooks Holstein, founder and managing member of COMVEST Properties; Mark Utley, president of Utley Properties; William C. Smith III, real estate attorney; and Andy Stetelman, president of London & Stetelman Commercial Realty.
Attendees receive two hours of Elective RE Continuing Education Credits.
