According to MBJ friend AgFax, Jimmy Sanders, Inc., (JSI), a family owned business in Cleveland, Mississippi, purchased by Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings earlier this year, has acquired G&H Seed Company, Inc. and its related company Liq-Quick Fertilizer Co, Inc. in Crowley, Louisiana.
