Community Trust Bank is widening its footprint in metro-Jackson yet again with the grand opening Jan, 22 of its Madison Banking Center at 1910 Main St.
No sooner will the Madison center be inaugurated than bank officials will begin prepping for the opening of a Flowood office in February followed by an official grand opening in March.
Community Trust calls its Madison center “state of the art” and notes it is designed for offering services in an “expedited, efficient fashion.”
“We want every customer to feel like our only customer every time,” said Larry Ratzlaff, Mississippi president of Community Trust Bank, a $3 billion century-old Louisiana-chartered banking company.
The new banking center includes multiple full service drive-thru lanes, and “dialogue towers” in the lobby, the banks says, and adds customers are greeted when they enter the banking center by a representative at the concierge station or by one of the bankers in the center.
Instead of standing in a teller line, customers are directed to one of the dialogue towers where they are assisted by a personal banker.
The Madison Banking Center opened in late November. The grand opening ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 22 with a ribbon cutting.
This is the second location Community Trust Bank has opened in Mississippi. The bank’s Highland Colony Financial Center, 1063 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, opened in August.
Community Trust Bank has 31 banking centers throughout north Louisiana, north Texas, and north and central Mississippi.
