Tupelo’s BancorpSouth closed the final quarter of 2012 with net income of $17 million and earnings of 18 cents s share, a two-penny increase over the same quarter a year ago. MENIFEE, Ark. — Officials say a University of Mississippi law professor was killed in a car crash on Interstate 40 in central Arkansas.
