Vicksburg casino headed to the scrap heap (update with sale price)

The bankrupt Grand Station Casino riverboat barge, a fixture in downtown Vicksburg for years, is headed to the scrap heap. Keyes Recycling of Vicksburg purchased the riverboat barge for $10,000 Thursday in an auction on the Vicksburg riverfront. Natchez retail group acquires 150-year-old Ga. lumber yard

A 150-year-old lumber company in west Georgia has a new owner, but the business will keep its name — W.T. Harvey Lumber Co.
