C Spire Wireless says it has turned on 3G wireless sites in several areas in Mississippi.

Northeast Batesville between I-55 and Highway 35 and residential areas to the south and vehicle traffic on I-55 in Panola County are also active.

Two cell sites were turned on in the city of Grenada along Highway 8 near the I-55 interchange and along Highway 8 and Highway 333 on eastern side of town, including areas that cover the Grenada Elementary and Upper Elementary schools.

Areas south of W. Northside Drive in West Jackson have been activated.

Downtown Biloxi and the area east of Biloxi Regional Hospital from Highway 90 north to the Back Bay in Harrison County are also 3G capable.
