The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting the state’s second human case of West Nile virus for 2014.The new reported case is in Newton County. Airport lands grants to refurbish ‘touchdown zones’

While the news hasn’t been all good recently for Mississippi’s airports, one has landed two separate grants to rework its runways.
