State Auditor issues demand against former Tallahatchie deputy clerk


State Auditor Stacey Pickering announced Wednesday that Essie Adams, former Deputy Clerk with the Tallahatchie County Tax Collector’s Office, has been indicted by a Tallahatchie County Grand Jury on one count of embezzlement.
