Heartland Media, MSouth Equity buying Tupelo TV station

TUPELO — Heartland Media, LLC and MSouth Equity Partners have agreed to acquire the assets of television station WTVA, the NBC and ABC affiliate in Tupelo, from WTVA Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
