PASCAGOULA — Chevron Corp.’s Pascagoula Refinery says construction on a new $1.4 billion base oil facility is complete. OSHA fines Chevron for fatal explsion at Coast refinery

PASCAGOULA — Chevron’s Pascagoula refinery has been fined $24,000 related to the November explosion and fire that left one employee dead, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
