Volvo to build Byhalia distribution center, creating 250 jobs

According to the Memphis Business Journal, the Volvo Group today announced plans to build a 1 million-square-foot distribution center in Byhalia, Miss., that will create 250 jobs. Mississippi’s thriving automotive industry gave the state a boost in employment during January, according to a monthly survey of manufacturing activity in the southeastern states.
