Company acquires Avectus Healthcare Solutions


CORINTH — Corinth-based Avectus Healthcare Solutions has been acquired by a Kentucky company. Terms of the sale to Bolder Healthcare Solutions of Louisville, Kentucky, were not announced. The deal was announced in June. Avectus coordinates third-party liability accounts and resolution of workers’ compensation accounts for hospitals and trauma centers.
