Ark. company buys closed Brookhaven plant

BROOKHAVEN —  An Arkansas-based agriculture products company has bought the former Specialty Minerals plant in Brookhaven. Amye Howell of Brookhaven has been appointed chairperson for Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s newly established Developmental Education Division.
