BILOXI — Keesler Air Force Base is scheduled to lose another 38 civilian jobs in 2012 as the Air Force continues it move toward eliminating about 9,000 such workers. FRANKLIN COUNTY — The Mississippi Forestry Commission has appealed a judge’s ruling that it wrongly fired a Franklin County forester who opposed logging plan pushed by the state. GAUTIER — The city of Gautier will pay former City Manager Sidney Runnels back pay dating from Oct. 4-Nov. 15 and grant him 12 weeks of medical leave.
