PEARL — McAlister’s Deli has opened a new restaurant in Pearl. The new location in the new Riverwind development near Trustmark Park began serving patrons yesterday. Ridgeland-based McAlister’s Corporation now operates 15 metro-Jackson area eateries, and will be the third location of the nationwide chain for McAlister’s franchisee, Pinnacle Restaurant Corp.
