Ag chief wants multi-million dollar upgrades for fairgrounds

Former Gov. Bill Waller dies

JACKSON — Former Mississippi Gov. William Waller Sr., 85, died Wednesday. On Tuesday Waller was admitted to St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, his law office confirmed.
