Chaney readies contingency plan if court rules against insurance exchanges

By JACK WEATHERLY  The Mississippi Insurance Department has developed a proposed contingency plan  in case the U.S. Supreme Court invalidates federally run health-insurance exchanges in 36 states, including Mississippi.
