Camgian strikes deal with Wave

STARKVILLE — Camgian Microsystems Corporation has completed an agreement to transfer its ultra low-power digital circuit technology to Wave Semiconductor, a new commercial venture recently funded by Tallwood Venture Capital and Southern Cross Venture Partners.
