GULFPORT — Two out-of-state contractors have been arrested for felony home repair fraud against Hurricane Katrina victims on Mississippi’s Gulf Coast, according to Attorney General Jim Hood.

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Attorney General’s Office reports that Reginald Cazenave, 48, of Okmulgee, Okla., entered a guilty plea to felony home repair fraud before Hancock County Circuit Court Judge Roger T.
