Port Authority sets 'conservative' budget of $12.9M

PASCAGOULA — Jackson County Port Authority commissioners have set a of $12.9 million budget for the Port of Pascagoula for the coming year. PASCAGOULA — Gov. Phil Bryant has reappointed attorney Jimmy Colmer to a four-year term on the Jackson County Port Authority/Port of Pascagoula Board of Commissioners.
